Our services

Commercial Boiler Installation & Replacement

Commercial boiler projects planned around the building, its occupants and the practical demands of keeping an organisation operational.

What to expect

A considered replacement, not a like-for-like assumption

Replacing commercial boilers begins with understanding how the building is used. Heat demand, occupancy patterns, existing distribution, controls, access and future plans all influence the right solution. We survey the plant and discuss operational priorities before recommending an approach.

An ageing boiler does not automatically mean every connected component must be replaced. Equally, fitting new equipment without considering pumps, controls, water quality or system balance can limit performance. Our quotations define the proposed scope so decision-makers can compare the work on a clear basis.

  • Plant-room and access assessment
  • Boiler and control options
  • Associated system checks
  • Clear installation scope

Planning work around commercial premises

Offices, shops, warehouses, managed blocks and public buildings each present different programme constraints. We agree access, isolate work areas responsibly and sequence removal, installation and commissioning to reduce avoidable disruption. Where continuity matters, the programme is discussed before work begins rather than left to assumptions on site.

Clients receive practical updates as the work progresses. If existing conditions reveal a change to the agreed scope, we explain it before additional work is undertaken. At completion, the installation is commissioned and the relevant operating information is handed over.

Manufacturer-approved installation options

Heat Efficient works with commercial heating equipment from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann and Glow-worm. Manufacturer-approved status supports informed product selection and installation in line with the chosen system requirements. The appropriate manufacturer depends on the property, output, controls, installation constraints and client priorities—not simply a preferred badge.

We provide free quotations and can arrange a site visit at a time that suits the person responsible for the building. Photos and existing plant information submitted through the quote form help us prepare for that conversation.
